Beetroot Kebab

These tofu and beetroot kababs are a power stock of energy. Filled with antioxidants and served hot with
delicious green chutney.
Ingredients

1/2
packet firm tofu
·
1
Tbsp amchoor powder
·
1
cup grated beetroot
·
1/2
Tbsp garlic paste
·
1/4
cup chopped cashew nuts, to stuff
·
1/2
cup crushed oats, to coat
·
1
Tbsp roasted & crushed anardana
·
Chaatmasala,
a pinch
·
Oil
·
Rock
salt
Method:
1. Firstly, take a bowl and put
grated beetroot and tofu followed by garlic, chaatmasala, amchoor, rock salt
and anardana.
2. Crumble with your
hands and make round patties and fill the chopped cashews. Make round kebabs.
3. Now coat the patties
with the crushed oat powder.
4. Heat the oil in a pan
and let it fry the patties.
5. Served hot with a
dollop of green chutney.
