Fruits and nutrition: NEED OF THE DAY

A fruit is a seed-bearing structure in flowering plants formed from the ovary after flowering. Fruits are the good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals which are very important for our body. Fruits are an absolute feast. They help us to keep our body diseases free and healthy. Fruits are considered as low calories and fat. These are the source of fiber, vitamins, and sugar. Why we need fruits: Fruits are the wonderful gift of nature for the human. It works like a life enhancing medicine with a package of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which help to keep our body disease free and healthy. Dry Fruits: Dry fruits contains rich nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. We should eat some of the dry fruits daily to enhance the bioavailability of nutrients. Having mix dry fruits will provide vitamin C to our body. Fruits do not contain cholesterol. Fruits are low in fat, sodium, and calories. They contain potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C and folic acid. A sufficient diet of potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. “More fruits, more healthy, less chronic diseases”. Fruits are not just for taste but also contains the good amount of nutrients which our body needs to work properly. When we start to mistake for choosing a fruit as our favorite fruit than we should also know about its quality, properties etc. These fruits can make up our whole day meals in hopes of losing some weight. 5 fruits that increase your weight: Banana: Banana is tasty. It easily fills our stomach up. Therefore, we totally rely on these bananas in our busy and rushed mornings. By eating it, we get a proper level of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C but it contains 180 calories, not good for health. Cherries: Cherries are very useful to our body because it helps to reduce blood pressure. It contains a great amount of potassium, which helps to remove blood pressure. But it’s high sugar, makes blood pressure down. Avocados: Avocados contains heavy cream, it means the high level of fat. Fat is not good for health. So, don’t overeat. Keep a balance. Mangoes: Everyone like mangoes. It is called as a “King of Fruits”. It provides vitamin C and fiber. The level of sugar is very high in this, which is the main reason of high calorie. Figs: If you are going to reduce your weight than it’s better to cutting back on this sweet treat. It gives us a proper amount of fiber and potassium. But it contains about 27 g of sugar which is dangerous for health. Having a rich diet in vegetables and fruits may reduce the risk for the heart-related disease like heart attack, cancer etc. If we take a healthy and rich diet daily then it will help to protect us from all kind of diseases. A healthy and rich diet contains fiber, vitamins, potassium etc. So, be healthy.
