How to start your day?

“Every fresh morning gives a new birth to our mind and body”.

Every morning comes with lovely dreams and brings a smile on our face. It removes stress and infuses positive energy into us. Every new day is like a new birth of our body and mind. We all have different kinds of plans and thoughts regarding about our wake up in the morning. The Early rise has always been termed as a good habit as it strengthens both our health and mind. Following are some routines to make your mornings lively.

Get enough sleep:

Each and every individual requires an eight-hour sound sleep. Both lack and excess in sleeping hours can make you inactive. Most of the people need about an eight-hour sleep to feel fresh and energetic. Early to bed, early to rise is these days’ slogan.

Wake up with pleasantness:

Fill your bedroom with some lovely colors, flowers, soothing lights, music and fragrances for a positive and lovely environment. You can set a smooth and lovely alarm in order to wake yourself with a pleasant music.

Drink water:

After a long night sleep, our body gets dehydrated. So, have a glass of water every morning after wake-up to refresh your body including muscles and mind. It is better to take lukewarm water with a fresh lemon squeezed in it. It is very beneficiary for our body. It speeds up our metabolism that burns fat along with sustaining muscle, cleaning up our throat, and mouth.

Work out:

Workout/exercise is the best way to have a healthy and strong body. Morning walk, yoga, and meditation help you feel energetic and not sleepy. A few minutes into some such workouts would help in maintaining mental clarity and spiritual well being for the whole day.

Take a shower:

Having a hot shower in the morning is the best way to remove all your stress from the previous day by welcoming fresh positive thoughts. Warm water is considered to be better than cold one as the former stimulates your muscles.

Healthy breakfast:

Starting the day with a healthy breakfast keeps your body and mind healthy. Breakfast is an important part of our day because it helps in controlling our blood sugar. It fuels your body to perform the day-long physical or mental activities. People often skip their breakfast due to lack of sufficient time and busy with the extra workload. Moreover, some people skip it with an intention to lose weight, which is not good for our body. It is, therefore, advised to add some healthy in breakfast like protein etc.

Have positive thoughts

Attitude matters a lot in our life and positive thinking helps us in uplifting it. It makes our mind strong and full of energetic thoughts. Having a positive attitude can make the difference between you and other people. “Be positive, Think positive”. All the above-mentioned routines would aid in starting the day on a good note.
