Nose piercing bump hurts too much! Know how to get rid of pain!


Happy after getting your nose pierced? Ahhh, the nose piercing bump causing pain. Do not worry, this article contains various tips that help you get rid of that bump. Nose piercing does not always heal successfully.


The causes may be many including poor piercing techniques and equipment, poor aftercare, choosing the jewelry that doesn’t suit your skin and changing your jewelry often before healing. However, whatever be the reason, nose piercing bump hurts a lot. If left untreated, if may lead to a scar tissue and other infections. You can use following items to get rid of that bump quickly.

Chamomile tea - Soak a chamomile tea bag to a glass of hot water. Take it out and compress it on the bump until it cools off. Dip it again and repeat the same process for about three cycles of ten minutes each.


Aspirin – Aspirin can also help you treat the nose piercing bump. It reduces the redness, inflammation, and swelling. Make a paste of water and aspirin and apply it overnight for some days. Clean your nose piercing in the morning.


Black Sea Salt – All you need to do is to create a solution of sea salt and warm water. Apply it on your face with the help of a cotton ball for 20 minutes twice a day. Do not forget to wash your nose piercing with water afterward.


Tea Tree Oil – Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with the almond or coconut oil and apply it on the piercing with a cotton ball. You can use this twice a day. Over usage may lead to dryness.
